Leadership programmes
Conscious leadership
Knowing who you are. What you want. And putting that to work for the benefit of others. That is the basis of leadership. That is why our leadership programmes focus on awareness: of your behaviour, qualities and beliefs. This creates self-confidence. And from that self-direction and growth.
Your growth, and that of your organisation
If you know who you are and what you want, you can also raise awareness and motivate others. This way, your growth goes hand in hand with the growth of your organisation. Conversely, our programmes are also an excellent way to grow your organisation by growing your employees.
Our leadership programmes are available not only to companies and organisations, but also through open enrolment.

What to expect from coaching and training
Tailored to your organisation's needs and goals
If that is your preference, we provide tailor-made in-house training. We discuss your needs and objectives in advance to ensure that the training has maximum effect. This also prevents training results and organisational results from getting mixed up. And that clarifies both the business case for the training beforehand and the accountability afterwards.
Increase your personal effectiveness
The aim of our training courses is actually quite simple: to improve results. These can be your personal results, but also those of your team or of the entire organisation. And of course not only now, but also for the long term.
1. Intake interview
Maximum effectiveness requires a good balance between personal guidance and group dynamics. This is why a training course has 12 to 15 participants. Beforehand, we have a personal intake interview with everyone. This way, we identify learning wishes and needs and fine-tune expectations. This ensures optimal cooperation and interaction during the training. If desired, we can do the intake in writing or by telephone.
2. Inspiration and interaction
An engaging mix of scientific insights and practice-oriented assignments led by an experienced trainer/coach ensures an inspiring day full of interaction. Plenary sessions and assignments in smaller groups alternate, allowing participants to learn with and from each other. Each training course consists of three training days, with in principle four weeks between meetings.
3. Three months of In2Learning e-coaching
Right from the first training day, participants receive online support in putting the knowledge and insights from the training into practice. For this, they receive three months' unlimited access to In2Learning, our exclusive digital learning environment. In this way, participants get the most out of the training days and maintain the upward trend between meetings. On In2Learning, they receive personal support from the trainer and find:
- the working methods and theories we cover
- interesting background information, insights and videos
- assignments and exercises (optional)
- agreements and deadlines we agree on
Also available fully online
You can also take all our training courses online. For each training course, we set up a tailor-made digital course, tailored to your needs and goals. Would you like to know more about our working method and the details of an online track? Get in touch today.
For individuals, relationships, teams and organisations
Our coaching is all about discovery. About becoming aware. Getting to the core. And then making choices. Choices that come from your core, that are right for you. We offer tools, stimulate and motivate. We help you find your answers and gain insights. Because only then can you make the important choices that lead to personal and business success.
Working method: always tailor-made
During an intake interview, we discuss what you want to achieve. Based on that, we will see which of our coaches is best suited to you. Furthermore, we agree on duration, location, costs, assignments and how we will organise the personal sessions. On average, a coaching programme consists of six to eight sessions, for instance every two or four weeks, depending on how quickly you achieve your goals.
