THE PEOPLE BEHIND IN2COACHING

Development starts where you stop explaining and starts choosing.

In2Coaching develops leaders who take responsibility, endure truth and make impact that stays.

We work with leaders in commercial environments where ambition and tension go hand in hand. Under pressure, who you really are as a leader becomes visible. That is where we work.

No motivation. No tricks.
Conscious choices, though.

Our core values

Ownership

We are not rescuing anyone. We make people responsible.

Leadership means choosing. Even when it chafes. Stop explaining. Starting to act.

Truth

We say what needs to be seen, not what is pleasant to hear.

Clarity works faster than harmony. Unspoken tension is always more expensive.

Humanity

Tough on behaviour. Soft on people.

Confrontation without connection is aggression. Connection without edginess is avoidance. We combine both.

Sustainable impact

No quick fixes. No tricks.

We build behavioural change that stays. In systems. In teams. In everyday actions.

Roderick Timmermans In2Coaching

Roderick Timmermans

Founder & Lead Coach

Before building In2Coaching, I was a director of a consulting firm.

On the outside, the picture was right. A thriving business. A family. Freedom. But inside, it felt different.

I was constantly under pressure. Was mostly in my head. Thought tension was normal and that perseverance equalled leadership. I was preoccupied with what I thought others expected of me. And in the meantime, I was destroying my body.

"The tipping point came not in a boardroom, but at home. My eldest son, who has autism, got stuck. And held up a mirror to me. I saw how my ambition slipped into control. How discipline masked tension. How I led from pressure instead of direction."

Coaching and deepening brought me back to the core: my priorities were not clear.

Since then, I have been working differently. Not harder. But sharper. Not from a desire to prove. But from responsibility.

Over the past 14+ years, I have mentored more than 1,000 leaders in retail and high-growth organisations.

My strength is not in theory. My strength is in uncovering the pattern under stress. Clarity under pressure. From reacting to directing.

Christel Jongen

Senior Trainer & Coach

Christel combines an analytical background with a strong people-focus.

After eight years as a procurement consultant in complex environments, she discovered her real driving force: the question behind the question. She creates security without losing focus.

People share more than they intended and get moving as a result. Within In2Talent, she annually guides dozens of professionals in their leadership development and, as Program Manager, monitors the content quality of the programme.

The Dynamics

Where Roderick addresses tension directly, Christel brings depth and reflection. Together, we stand for leadership that is right under pressure and connected.
