The challenge

Looking back over the past few years, we organised several leadership training courses within MediaMarkt, at multiple levels within the organisation. These provided valuable insights and models, but in practice, lasting behavioural change largely failed to materialise.

Managers each gave their own way to leadership, creating a shared vision and consistent approach were missing. This caused unrest in the workplace: employees felt insufficient concerned, the turnover remained relatively high and mutual tensions increased.

We were therefore not looking for the next standard training course, but for an approach that would be directly applicable in practice and would permanently change visible behaviour.

Each participant starts with a personal intake focusing on behaviour, patterns and impact under stress. This immediately creates awareness, commitment and ownership. Confrontational where necessary, safe where necessary.

Not a training that stops at theory. We work with recognisable practical situations, direct feedback and concrete behavioural interventions. The focus is on practical application: what will you do differently as a leader tomorrow?

Change does not happen in one training day. That is why we work with follow-up, reflection and direct application in practice. So that insights do not disappear, but become visible in daily behaviour, cooperation and leadership.

Results and impact

What made In2Coaching different was the combination of depth and practical applicability. The intake immediately provided commitment and the blueprint approach gave keen insight into behaviour under pressure. That was sometimes confrontational, but enormously valuable precisely because of that. People recognised itself, felt seen and got concrete handles: what am I going to do differently tomorrow? Not a theoretical report, but real behavioural change that both professional as private can be used
