From reacting to directing

Strategy rarely fails on paper
It fails in behaviour under pressure.

Hassles in teams.
Deferred calls.
Leaders taking over.

Not because they can't.
But because behaviour changes under stress.

And that costs you every month:
→ energy
→ speed
→ result

See where it gets stuck with you

HR Reality Check

Most organisations know what to do.
And don't do it anyway.

Why?

In this short check, you will discover how your behaviour under pressure determines whether something really changes.

A manager comes to you with problems in his team
What are you doing?

Choose what you usually do. Not what is 'right'.

A
I pick it up, then the conflict is gone immediately.
B
I coach the manager so he solves it himself.

Surely they can't be still don't do it?

You explain to leaders and managers exactly what to do. You invest in growth, talent and training. But the real bottleneck is not knowledge. It is behaviour under stress.

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON:

"And HR?"

Who keeps pulling, facilitating and solving. Without making structural changes.

The hidden cost of hassle

Symptom management is more expensive than you think.

Run

"Talent leaves not because of strategy, but because of unspoken tension and lack of leadership."

Absenteeism

"Hassles that linger always escalate into outages. Direct costs that recur monthly."

Inertia

"Leaders who solve everything make teams dependent. Growth stops where scalability is lacking."

"Prevent leadership from continuing to cost you money."

Why this keeps coming back

We understand how frustrating it is when you see what needs to be done
but it does not change behaviour.

Conversations linger.
You keep pulling.
The same hassle returns.

Through behaviour under pressure that no one names,
it costs you energy, speed and results.

This is not how it should be.
Leadership should bring peace and ownership.

That's why we expose what others leave out:
behaviour under pressure.

No noise. Instant clarity, though.

Your route to results

Sharp, direct and straightforward.

01

Make visible where leadership blocks

We map out where behaviour under pressure creates hassle and dependency. Clarity on the real cause.

02

Break patterns in behaviour

Workplace interventions in situations that are avoided. We immediately realise different behaviour in practice.

03

Secure ownership in the organisation

Less hassle, more speed. We make sure leaders continue to lead and teams take responsibility.

We speak the language of business and behaviour.

After 13 years and having mentored more than 1,000 leaders in environments such as retail, tech and scale-ups, we know exactly how to make behaviour visible and replace it with ownership.

YOUR FILTER:

"I see that my behaviour has impact, and I am willing to take responsibility for that."

If this is the mindset, then we are a match.

"Not another corporate bullshit training."

I was looking for an agency that went beyond the usual leadership skills. I found it in In2Coaching. They developed a programme which really gets people moving and makes them aware of their behaviour and the underlying causes. The impact was immediately visible, so we decided to roll out the programme further.

Roderick plays a key role in this. He makes contact easily, confronts in a pleasant way and creates real insights. He also thinks along with you and moves quickly. In2Coaching is highly recommended for organisations looking for an inspiring and impactful leadership programme.

Floris’s full story

To be honest, at first I wasn’t sure whether coaching would work for me. I’d been on programmes before and found that they didn’t always meet my needs at the time.

As a result, I was a bit more cautious about it. At the same time, I’d been exhibiting certain patterns of behaviour for quite some time, which I felt must have come from somewhere, but I didn’t really have a clear understanding of them yet. This sometimes meant that I kept my distance when interacting with others.

What made the difference for me was the coaching style. No pressure or rigid approach, but rather calmness, attention and space, combined with moments when I was shown exactly what I needed to see.

During our first session, insights quickly emerged that I hadn’t really considered before. It was sometimes challenging, but in a way that felt safe and supportive. That meant I was actually able to let myself experience it.

Thanks to the coaching, I’ve become much more aware of my behaviour and the patterns behind it. Whereas I used to only realise things in hindsight, I now recognise them much more quickly.

We are now working together on the next step: identifying issues earlier and responding to them more consciously. This gives me a clearer overview, a sense of calm, and the feeling that I am more in control of situations that used to happen automatically.

I would definitely recommend this coaching to people who want to take a personal look at themselves and take steps in that direction. Not because it follows a standard approach, but precisely because it is genuinely tailored to who you are and what you need.

The combination of insight, recognition and a gentle approach to guidance ensures that I take steps that are meaningful to me.
