Stop being busy. Start living.

Imagine...
You come home.
The day was full of meetings, emails and firefighting.
You got a lot done, but at the end of the day you think:
What have I really achieved?

And somewhere you know...
Surely this cannot be the intention?

You are not the only one.
In a world where productivity is often measured by how full your schedule is, we lose the essence: why do we do what we do?

Being busy is often a form of distraction

We fill our days with tasks.
To-do lists that grow like weeds.
But the question is: do they really take you forward?

Being busy sometimes feels like control. But often it is a way to avoid standing still. Because as soon as we stand still, we feel: I am busy, but not necessarily meaningful.

The problem is not your time.
The problem is your focus.

From doing to achieving: the shift that changes everything

What if you stopped asking yourself the question:
What should I do today?
And begins with:
What do I want to achieve today?

This one question changes your energy.
Your perspective.
Your impact.

That is the strength of the RPM method - Result, Purpose, Massive Action.
A simple but powerful system that helps you live and work with intention.
Not from obligation, but from meaning.

RPM in practice

RPM asks you to do three things:
1. Result - What do I really want to achieve?
2. Purpose - Why is that important to me?
3. Massive Action - Which 3 to 5 actions will get me there fastest?

Example:
❌ Replying to e-mails
✅ Creating a clear communication flow, blocks so I am less distracted

Or this one:
I once had more than 1,000 tasks on my online to-do list.
And even if I ticked off 20 in a day, I felt rushed, empty, not fulfilled.

Until I started thinking in results instead of tasks.
One hour per week spend on something that really energised me changed my whole system: more focus. More creativity. Better relationships. And above all: peace.

What does it get you?
✔️ More direction
✔️ Less stress
✔️ More satisfaction
✔️ Less consideration
✔️ More life. Less having to.

Time for reflection

Let these questions really come in:

  • Where do you spend most of your time?
  • What would happen if you spent your time on what is really important to you?
  • And... what's stopping you now?

Stop to-do lists. Start living a life full of meaning.
Wondering what works for you?
Plan here a no-obligation conversation. Then together we will look at how you can move from pressure to direction.

From having to want to.
From sufficiency to satisfaction.
