Absenteeism is higher than ever.
I think this is because we unlearn to do what makes us happy, and we learn to follow the herd. A development that has concerned me for years, as a human being, but certainly also as a coach.
In my view, stress and burn-out symptoms have everything to do with how you have set your priorities and to what extent you are able to live up to them.
