Tailor-made coaching programme

The coaching programme consists of five coaching calls, participation in monthly master classes and three modules of the online personal leadership training and a Lumina Spark profile.

A coaching session lasts one hour. Conversations take place two to three times a week and are conducted by me. Conversations take place in consultation at our location in Noordwijk, The Hague or online via Zoom.

On top of the talks, I put together three customised personal leadership modules. This consists of a combination of theories and methodologies with examples, questionnaires, audio and videos that have proven their effectiveness, and assignments to immediately apply what you have learned in practice. You will also receive personal feedback and concrete tips from me for the in-depth assignments.

The advantage of online training combined with coach interviews is that there is more knowledge transfer, continuity in personal development and a greater learning effect through the power of repetition.

Every month during the coaching process, you can participate in a live Zoom master class with Roderick or a guest speaker for in-depth discussions on themes and other perspectives on personal leadership. Should you not be able to attend a master class, you can watch it back after the session.
